Dangers Of Drinking Raw Milk
Milk is a type of drink that is often used as a favorite for daily consumption, both by children and adults. The white, which can also be processed into ice cream and cheese, contains various nutrients that are also good for supporting body health.

Dangers of drinking raw milk
The new study published in the journal Emerging Infectious Diseases analyzed data from 2009 to 2014. Researchers tracked 87 outbreaks of food poisoning involving bad bacteria, such as E. coli, salmonella, campylobacter, and listeria.
The research team found that raw milk is responsible for 96 percent of all diseases that occur due to these bacteria. On average, raw milk triggers 760 cases of food poisoning per year, and about 22 of them require hospitalization.
Regarding this incident, the researcher explained that consumer demand for organic (natural) food had increased. In fact, however, natural food products are not always safer than conventional ones, as evidenced by the high rate of disease transmitted through unpasteurized dairy products.
In line with this study, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) stated that drinking raw milk does not bring any health benefits. Facts in the field say that the pasteurization of milk has never been found to be the cause of chronic disease, allergies, and other health problems.
Pasteurization is a process of heating milk to kill harmful bacteria in it. The bacteria found in unpasteurized milk include Salmonella, E. coli, and Listeria.
As you know, salmonella bacterial infection can cause indigestion and typhoid disease. This is especially true in children whose immune systems are still weak. Meanwhile Listeria bacteria can cause miscarriage in pregnant women.
