As feng shui master and designer Dana Claudat says in Good Housekeeping, the reason we arrange our beds according to feng shui is to get a good, quality sleep.

A simple way that can be done is to place the bed not parallel and not next to the door. Set the bed away fromthe door but the door is not obstructed so you can still see clearly if someone comes into the room.
